Pair Envoy

Open Optic desktop app

Click "Settings" in the sidebar, click "Envoy" in the pop-up dialog, and then click "Start Pairing." The interface may not change immediately; please wait a moment.

Check one-time code

Then, the settings dialog would show a one-time code.

Open Optic Envoy

Open Optic Envoy here on any device's browser.

Enter one-time code and your name

After opening the Optic Envoy webpage, enter your name and the one-time code that just appeared.

At this point, return to your computer, where the Optic app will display a pop-up window asking if you want to allow (the name you entered) to connect to Optic.

Please make sure the name matches the one you just entered, then agree.

Done

Everything is ready! You can now use Optic on the web. You'll see your familiar chat history and can continue working in your familiar workspace on your computer.
