Manage License

You can purchase an Optic license at our landing page. With Optic, you'll receive the program files, which you can install and run right away—it's ready to use out of the box.

For Optic Pro, you'll also receive a license key. Once you complete your purchase, you'll be directed to a page where you can download your license information. Install and open Optic Pro, enter your email address and license key, and you're ready to go.

If you have lost the relevant license information, you can enter your email address at here, and we will send you the license information.

Rate limit for license lookups

To prevent abuse of our email service, you may only check your status once per week. If you receive a notification that an email has been sent, please check your inbox and spam folder.
